It turns out that it's enough just to let a woman speak out, and a man - not to talk about his work.

According to experts, in the conversation of men and women, the former predominate the pronoun "you", while the latter - "I". However, it’s possible to “interrupt” the female monologue - a man simply needs to be indicated that he understands what his interlocutor is talking about.

These conclusions were made possible by an analysis of the conversations of 1000 pairs of participants in the so-called “quick dates”.
