Ingredients

  • 300 g of pork;
  • 300 g of beef;
  • 1 onion;
  • 400 g smoked meats;
  • 200 g of sausage;
  • 3 sausages;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 100 g of tomato paste;
  • 300 g pickled cucumbers;
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil;
  • olives, sour cream, herbs and lemon;
  • spice.

Cooking method

  1. We take meat with seeds, but the pulp should be no less than the specified amount. Rinse the pork and beef, add 2.5 liters of water. Cook regular broth. Remove the meat, strain the broth, return to the pan.
  2. Add chopped smoked meat to the hot broth. It can be chicken wings, pork ribs, sternum. We choose to your taste, but immediately cut into small pieces. Leave to boil.
  3. In vegetable oil, fry the onions and carrots until transparent, add the pickles. They can be grated or finely cut with a knife. We cook vegetables for about five minutes, introduce tomato paste. Stew a little more. If the paste is thick, then we introduce half a cup of broth from the saucepan.
  4. We send a little oil to the pan, add chopped sausages, sausages, and fry slightly to improve the taste.
  5. We spread sausages and vegetables in a pan. We boil the boiled meat from the seeds, add afterwards. Salt the dish, but gently and slightly. Let’s sweat over a small fire for a quarter of an hour.
  6. Cut lemon into slices. We get the olives from the brine. We chop the greens, cook the pepper.
  7. We try the soup, throw olives in it and pour a little brine from them, pepper. Sometimes the hodgepodge is seasoned with cucumber pickle, and so it can.
  8. We lay out the dish in plates, supplement with lemon, sour cream, fresh herbs. We serve to the table.

You can use chopped bacon or lard instead of oil for frying vegetables. It is allowed to replace tomato paste with tomatoes. You can also make a hodgepodge without pork or beef, replace one type of meat with poultry. The soup will turn out to be tasteless and "empty" if cooked completely without meat.
