Belgian and Canadian scientists made a curious statement: avoiding the use of deodorants from sweat can help the body not only get rid of toxins, but also smell more pleasant.

According to scientists, the human body has more than 2.5 million sweat glands and many people have a difficult struggle with sweat is one of the priorities in personal hygiene. That is why the antiperspirant market is so wide and brings billions of dollars to its owners. However, recent medical studies have shown: combating sweat only harms the human body, since perspiration is absolutely necessary to maintain health.

Everyone knows that, under certain conditions, the fight against sweating can be fatal. For example, at high temperature or strong physical exertion, when the body just needs to cool. In such cases, any obstruction to sweat leads to overheating of the body, and this, in turn, leads to complete exhaustion and even brain hemorrhage.

Canadian experts are convinced that antiperspirant poses a real threat to human health, because they block the body's release of toxins, among which are such harmful metals as mercury, lead, arsenic, in small doses that are part of various household items and food. These carcinogens, lingering in the body, can cause irreparable damage to the nervous and cardiovascular systems, as well as to the brain and kidneys.

That is why doctors believe that a person needs to sweat regularly. Significant assistance in this matter can provide sports, baths and saunas.
