Melt the butter until the consistency of sour cream, kefir a little heat. The egg should also be at room temperature. Yeast together with a teaspoon of sugar diluted in 50 g of warm water. Pour a spoonful of flour, mix and remove into heat. Sift 3 cups of flour with vanilla. Add vanillin and sugar. Stir 100 ml of warm water with kefir and pour into flour. Break egg into mass and mix everything intensively. As soon as the frothy cap rises, pour the dough into the dough and add the orange zest. Add soft butter to the dough and add flour. Knead the dough for about 9-10 minutes and leave for half an hour in a warm place. Rising dough divided into balls and leave for 10 minutes. 9. Vanillin;

10. 300 ml of milk;

11. 30 grams of corn starch.

Preparation of cream (it can be made in advance and put in the refrigerator):

120 g of sugar mixed with 40 g of dried milk, starch, vanilla and two eggs. The mass should be homogeneous. Heat milk with 50 g butter. Pour half of the milk into the mixture of eggs and other ingredients and stir quickly. Then all together pour into the second half of hot milk, stir and heat on the stove. Boil until thick and leave to cool.

Mix flour with yeast, add 100 g of sugar, 20 g of milk powder, egg, warm water, salt and 50 g of soft butter. Place dough in a warm place to increase. The dough is divided into 18 parts, each rolled into an oval-shaped layer (approximately 14 by 10 cm). On the one hand, put the filling and wrap to the middle. On the remaining part make a knife a few longitudinal strips, retreating from the edge. Then wrap the roll to the end. Arrange the burgers on a greased baking sheet and leave for 25 minutes. Brush with egg, sprinkle with ground almonds or sesame and put to bake until done.

Recipe 3: Ham and Cheese Buns

Ingredients Required:

  • 70 g of hard cheese;
  • 140 g of ham;
  • 1 egg;
  • 3/4 cup of milk;
  • 1 tsp salts;
  • Spoon of sugar;
  • 34 g butter;
  • 1 tsp dry yeast;
  • 320 g flour.

Cooking method:

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, half of the beaten egg, milk, yeast and butter, knead the dough. Leave in a warm place to increase in volume. Cheese and ham cut into small rectangles. Cut the dough into 12 servings. Roll a ball out of each and leave for 15 minutes. Roll each ball into a rectangle and put a piece of ham in the middle. Cover ham with side edges, tack edges.
