1. Heat the milk in any way, make the liquid a little warmer than body temperature, put a spoonful of granulated sugar in it and immediately add yeast. Stir. Let this mixture stand for ten minutes.

3. Knead the dough itself, adding flour, add one bag of vanillin for flavor. But this is optional. Cooking elastic, not very cool dough. With light pressure with a finger, a pit should easily appear.

For the preparation of such buns, we use absolutely any sweet yeast dough. You can knead it according to the recipes that are given above.

Ingredients

• 700-800 g of dough;

• 150 g of chocolate;

• 50 g of oil;

• 30 g of confectionery powder or 0.5 cup chopped nuts;

• 1 spoon of sour cream.

Cooking

1. Divide the approached dough into 8-10 parts, roll up the balls, scatter on a baking sheet, let the buns rise well.

2. As soon as the balls increase in volume, send to the oven, bake. There is no need to lubricate such rolls.

3. Take out, cool. Cover with a towel so that the crust does not dry out.

4. Break the chocolate, combine with sour cream and butter, send the icing to warm up in a steam bath. Bring to a liquid state, stir with a spatula. Remove from heat.

2. We dust the dough with flour, roll out a cake with a rolling pin, try to give a rectangular shape.

3. Grease the layer with softened, but not melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon or poppy seeds. Twist the roll. Cut into slices 2.5 cm wide.

4. Lay out the roses on a baking sheet, leaving 2 cm on each side.
