Azu is a dish that can be prepared from a wide variety of products.

It is made with chicken, beef, lamb, incredibly tasty and delicate food is obtained from pork.

Pork Azu - General Cooking Principles

Prepare the basics only from the pulp, pieces with bone are not used. The meat is cut medium-sized, usually with cubes or cubes, fried in a cauldron or in stew-pan. Gradually add other ingredients.

Pork Azu with Chips and Cucumbers

For this dish, you can use pickled or pickled cucumbers. In the basics of pork meat and potatoes should be approximately equal. But you can add something more or less.

Ingredients

• 5-6 potatoes;

• 500 g of pork;

• 3 tomatoes;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• 3 cucumbers;

• 2 onions;

• herbs, spices.

Cooking

1. Cut the pork into strips, put it in a saucepan or in a cauldron. Fry until golden brown, the fire is strong. If the meat is without fat, then you can add oil.

Pork Azu without potatoes

A recipe for saturated basil from pork, but without potatoes. It is suitable for any side dishes made of vegetables, cereals. To make the dish thick, a little flour is added to the fill.

Ingredients

• 700 g of meat;

• 6 cucumbers;

• 2 onions;

• 2 carrots;

• 3 cloves of garlic;

• 1 spoon of flour;

• 30 g of oil;

• 3 tablespoons of pasta;

• greenery.

Cooking

1. Cut into half rings, but not very finely onion. We cut the carrots into strips or use a coarse grater, but not chopped. Cucumbers cut into strips.

2. Heat the oil to a haze or use pork fat. Throw the bow. The biggest fire.

3. Throw in a minute to the onion straws from carrots. Fry until golden and start the cucumbers.

4. Cut the pork into strips. We lay in five minutes to the vegetables.

10. In the finished basics, we throw the laurel, season the dish with herbs.

Pork with mushrooms

For such a basics of pork, it is not necessary to take the mushrooms specified in the recipe. Feel free to use other mushrooms at your discretion. Dish with potatoes.

Ingredients

• 0.5 kg of pork;

• 0.3 kg of champignons;

• 0.5 kg of potatoes;

• 0.1 kg of onions;

• 3 ripe tomatoes;

• 3 barrel cucumbers;

• herbs, garlic, spices.

Cooking

1. Cut the meat into cubes, put in a cauldron, fry until lightly crusted.

2. Cut the onions, shift to the meat. Fry with pork until translucent.

3. Rinse the mushrooms, cut into small pieces. If you choose other mushrooms for the basics, then you need to boil them a little in a separate bowl, then follow this recipe.

4. Add mushrooms to the onion with pork. Now we cook everything together until the moisture evaporates, the mushrooms begin to fry.

5. We fall asleep finely chopped cucumbers.

6. It's time to add chopped or grated tomatoes.

7. After a couple of minutes, we fall asleep chopped potatoes. It can be fried separately, as in the first recipe, or laid raw. In the second case, the basics will take longer to prepare.

8. Fill with salted water, cover, cook until soft potatoes.

9. In the end, you need to taste, add rezan. Greens, spices and fall asleep chopped garlic.

Pork auza with eggplant

A variant of a delicious azo with pork and eggplant, which is cooked without potatoes. But you can add it at will.

Ingredients

• 3 eggplants;

• 700 g of pork;

• 2-3 onion heads;

• 1 carrot;

• 4 tablespoons of oil;

• 2-4 cucumbers;

• garlic, herbs;

• 100 g of tomato.

Cooking

1. Cut eggplant into pieces, sprinkle with salt. Leave for a while, enough 15 minutes.

2. Pour a spoonful of oil into the cauldron so that the pork does not stick. We cut meat and toss, fry until rosy color, no need to cover.

3. The peeled onion heads are chopped with straws, tossed to the fried pork. Cooking a couple of minutes.

4. Next add the cucumbers, and then the carrots. The dish will no longer be fried, just cook over high heat, evaporate moisture for about five minutes, and add the tomato.

5. Pour three tablespoons of oil into the pan.

6. Wash the eggplant from the salt, wring it out and put it in the heated oil. Fry for several minutes and immediately pour over the pork.

7. Now squeeze a couple of cloves of garlic, pepper, pour everything with boiling water. Do not salt, as eggplant is soaked and cucumbers are added.

8. Cover and simmer. We do not stir anything so that the eggplant does not lose shape.

9. After 30 minutes, we throw greens, taste, if necessary, salt.

Pork Azu with Beans

Canned beans are included in this dish, but you can also take ordinary boiled beans in the same amount in advance.

Ingredients

• 700 g of pork;

• 400 g of potatoes;

• 2 onions;

• 1 can of beans;

• 50 g of tomato;

• 4 cucumbers;

• butter, seasonings, garlic (4 cloves).

Cooking

1. We cut the meat, put it in a cauldron and fry until half ready. Then add the cucumbers onions.

2. After five minutes, we throw the tomato, fry and start the potatoes.

3. Open a jar of beans, pour the marinade and also spread in a cauldron.

4. Peel the garlic, squeeze into a dish. Put spices, salt.

5. All mix well, pour boiling water.

6. Cover, after boiling, reduce the heat and simmer it all for 40 minutes.

7. In the ready-made basics, put the greens or add to the plates.

Pork potato azu

A terrific recipe for basics, which is cooked in the oven and does not require much participation. Of course, you can simplify the dish and not fry the meat, but it turns out tastier.

Ingredients

• 400 g of meat;

• 2-3 potatoes;

• 1 onion head;

• 2 tomatoes;

• 1 pepper;

• 2 cucumbers;

• garlic, spices.

Cooking

1. Cut the meat into bars. Turn on the stove, put the pan. Throw pork and quickly fry over high heat.

2. Cut the onion, arrange in pots.

3. Top is the fried pork.

4. Cut the cucumbers, pour the next layer on top of the meat.

5. Then we put the potatoes cut into pieces, but not very large. It can also be fried in a pan after meat, it will be even tastier.

Pork Azu in a slow cooker

1. Peel all vegetables, cut the onion into strips, pepper and cucumbers as well. Potatoes can be a little larger.

2. Rinse the pork. Cut the flesh into bars.

3. Turn on the multicooker for baking, pour some oil and add meat. Fry a little and start the chopped onion. Cook for about five minutes.

4. Now you can start the cucumbers immediately with pepper. Mix, cook for about another five minutes.

5. Run the tomato. If the paste is concentrated, one full spoon is enough. Fry to make the color more saturated.

6. Now squeeze the garlic, put the spices and add the potatoes.

7. Fill the basics with boiling water, stir.

8. Close, rearrange the multicooker program to the quenching mode, prepare the basics of the hour.

Pork Azu - Useful Tips & Tricks

• Instead of fresh tomatoes, canned tomatoes can be added to the basics. The taste of the dish will be brighter, but just remember to adjust the amount of salt.

• To brown the meat until brown and not stick to the bottom of the cauldron when laying, you need to add a little oil and warm the dish.

• Azu with fresh garlic is much more aromatic and tastier than with boiled vegetable, but it is far from always acceptable to eat such a dish. In this case, it is wiser to serve chopped fresh garlic separately on a plate, can be mixed with chopped herbs.
