Chicken chops in a pan - the basic principles of cooking

In order for the chops to turn out juicy and tasty, you need to properly prepare the meat. Chicken chops are prepared from the breast. It is cleaned from skin, bones and films. Then the breast is rinsed and cut only across the fibers with slices two centimeters thick. Beat the chicken fillet very carefully, as it is very tender meat.

Chicken breast, before beating, can be marinated in spices, or add them to the breading.

The beaten meat is rubbed with a mixture of salt, spices and squeezed garlic. You can pick up spices to your taste. You can add mustard or ketchup to this mixture.

Chicken chops are cooked in breading or batter. Breading can be made from flour or crackers. Batter is used egg or cheese.

Chicken chops can also be served on the festive table, cooking them under a cheese-vegetable "coat."

Recipe 1. Classic Chicken Chops in a Frying Pan

Ingredients

chicken breasts - 500 g;

salt;

eggs - two pcs.;

freshly ground pepper;

two cloves of garlic;

red chili peppers;

150 g of flour;

oregano;

vegetable oil;

half a teaspoon of mustard.

Cooking method

1. Rinse the chicken breasts under a tap, dip in paper towels and cut across the fibers with slices two centimeters thick.

2. Put the chicken pieces on a cutting board and beat them with a kitchen hammer. Do this very carefully so as not to pierce the meat through.

3. Peel the cloves of garlic, chop it through a garlic squeezer into a bowl. Add red and black ground peppers, mustard and salt to it. Shuffle.

4. Rub each chop well with a garlic-spicy mixture. Marinate the chicken for about ten minutes.

5. Beat eggs in a bowl, salt and season with pepper. Beat with a fork until foam appears. Pour flour into a flat plate.

Ingredients

a pinch of sea salt;

30 g mayonnaise;

50 ml of refined sunflower oil;

a tomato;

one chicken breast;

small onion;

Cooking method

1. Rinse under running water, soak in napkins and cut the meat into thin flat slices along the fibers. Lightly beat each slice, salt and season on both sides with spices. Leave the meat to marinate.

2. Peel the onion head and chop it with thin rings. Wash the tomato, wipe and chop the same way as the onion.

3. Grind the cheese on a coarse grater.
