Time flies, but the Anthill cake prepared according to the "grandmother's" recipe will always be relevant. We remember his delicate taste from childhood, and no matter how old we are, he forever left an unforgettable mark in our memory.

Ingredients:

- three and a half cups of premium flour
- half a glass of sugar
- a glass (200 gr.) sour cream
- 200 gr. tender butter
- a pinch of salt (optional)
- half teaspoon of soda
- a jar of boiled condensed milk
- 200 gr. drain. oils (on cream)
- poppy or chocolate chips for sprinkling

Cooking method:

1. Sift the flour, add butter, sour cream, sugar, a little salt and soda to it. Knead the dough with your hands and pass it through the meat grinder. Spread the resulting slices (approximately 15 cm long) on ​​a baking sheet and bake until cooked at 180 degrees.

2. While the slices are baked, prepare the cream: put the melted butter in a bowl, mix it with condensed milk (boiled) and beat the ingredients until a homogeneous consistency.

3. So, the slices are ready. Cool them a little and push, but not to dust. Large crumbs should turn out exactly. Pour the cream into them and mix everything so that not a single crumb is deprived.

4. Find the most beautiful flat plate and start spreading the cake in a jar. Sprinkle with poppy seeds on top and put in the refrigerator for three hours, preferably 7-12. Then we get it and enjoy the dessert.

Recipe 2: Chocolate Anthill Cake with Cherry

The finished cake looks like a chocolate slide, but in the context of the secret - amazingly delicate snow-white souffle, consisting of soft cottage cheese or cream with cherry fat cream. We will go the other way - we will use mascarpone cream cheese, which has no analogues in the whole world.

Ingredients:

- two eggs
- can of condensed milk
- soda floor. tsp
- a glass of flour
- 6 table. lies. cocoa

For cream:

- 500 gr. fat cream
- 500 gr. mascarpone
- 150 gr. sugar (better than sand)
- chocolate chips
- 18 gr. gelatin (2 packs)
- canned cherry 400 gr.

Cooking method:

1. We extinguish with vinegar (table) soda. Beat condensed milk, eggs, flour and soda until smooth, then pour cocoa and mix again. The resulting dough is poured into a mold and baked in the oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes. Cool the finished cake and cut the edges evenly so that an even circle is obtained. We do not throw out residues from the edges.

2. Squeeze cherries from excess juice. Cooking the cream: beat the cream with sand until thickened, gradually adding cheese and chocolate chips to the mixture. According to the recipe (on the packaging), we cook the gelatin and add it along with the cherry to the cream. Mix.

3. The cooled cake is laid out on a flat dish, and a filling is placed on it with a slide. Grind the remaining crumbs from the cake finely and sprinkle the cake on them. Cooking method:

We melt the butter and mix with condensed milk, and it is better to whisk with a mixer until lush foam. Pour the mixture into corn sticks, mix thoroughly. We spread the sticks with a regular slide into the foil and remove them in the cold for impregnation and fixation for several hours. Then we get it out and carefully put it in the dish.

The second option - with iris

Ingredients:

- packing corn sticks
- 400 gr. soft butterscotch
- 200 gr. butter

Cooking method:

Melt toffee and butter, whisk them together a little. We pour corn sticks with the mixture and form a slide of the correct form (you can wrap it in foil in the same way as in the first version, you can simply put it on a flat plate). We remove the cake in the refrigerator. After 4 hours we get and try. Simple and delicious!

Recipe 4: Anthill Cake with Nuts

It's no secret that nuts are a universal product in terms of cooking. They are very "harmless" and do not spoil the taste of the dish, especially cakes. But they add to it new shades of taste, such spicy, playful and attractive! We assign an important mission to them - to become "heroes" of our next recipe.

Ingredients:

- one egg
- half a glass of sugar (sand)
- four tablespoons (tablespoons) of milk
- oil drain. 200 gr.
- three and a half cups of flour
- a jar of boiled condensed milk
- still butter 300 gr. (on cream)
- walnuts 1 cup

Cooking method:

1. Beat the egg with sand, gradually pouring milk. We extinguish soda, melt the butter and mix everything together. Pour flour, make dough. Then we remove it in the freezer for half an hour.

2. While the dough is setting, mix the boiled condensed milk with butter. Beat thoroughly.

3. We take out the dough and three on a coarse grater, having previously divided it into several parts (it’s easier). Three directly on a baking sheet. Level and send to the oven (preheated). Such shavings are baked very quickly, so be careful not to burn.
