Ingredients:

Cooking method:

Ingredients:

• two eggs;

• butter.

• a quarter liter of kefir;

• pack of baking powder (10 g);

• 100 g mayonnaise;

• four boiled eggs;

• 300 g of flour of the first grade;

• 1/3 teaspoon of salt;

• a bunch of onions;

Cooking method:

1. Pour kefir into a deep container, add dough baking powder. When it starts to increase in size, add salt. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Next step: add mayonnaise. To the resulting mass we send two beaten eggs and mix more thoroughly.

• two raw eggs;

• 400 ml of kefir

• 25 g of sugar;

• 3 tbsp. tablespoons of rast.th oil;

• 250 g sifted flour;

• soda - 7 g;

• green onions;

• five hard-boiled eggs;

• canned fish.

Cooking method:

1. In a deep bowl we combine all the ingredients for the dough: raw eggs, kefir, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, flour, soda. Mix the mass with a spoon until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

2. Canned fish should be mashed with a fork or knife in a separate bowl, do not forget to drain the liquid from the can beforehand. There we add three finely chopped boiled eggs and fragrant green onions.
