If you think you know everything about stuffed pepper, then you are deeply mistaken, because often the created dish does not work out properly: it bursts during cooking, loses its shape and does not look very attractive when serving. To prevent this from happening to you, prepare the stuffed halves of bell peppers, while choosing vegetables of bright color.

Such a dish is prepared very quickly, in contrast to a fully stuffed pepper, and it looks much more appetizing and more colorful in appearance. Various meat products can be used for the filling, and not just minced meat, for example: offal, pieces of meat, etc.

For 2 servings of stuffed pepper halves, you will need:

- 2 large bright bell peppers;

- 150 g minced chicken;

- 1 onion;

- 1 carrot;

- 20 ml of vegetable oil;

- salt and black pepper to taste;

- 50 g of hard cheese.

To start cooking the dish itself, first add salt and pepper to the mincemeat if you purchased it ready. If you have chicken fillet or other type of meat, then first pass it through a meat grinder, and then add all the spices. Cut the carrots and onions into large cubes, after they have been cleaned and washed.

Heat the vegetable or sunflower oil in a skillet or skillet and dip the vegetable cut into it along with the pieces of minced meat. Mix everything well and fry until ready for about 15-20 minutes, until the minced meat is completely browned. The main thing - do not overcook the filling, so that it remains juicy. If this happens, add a little boiling water to the container so that the stuffing is soaked in liquid. Optionally, you can add a little tomato paste or the pulp of fresh tomatoes, pre-peeled, but then you will need to slightly evaporate the tomato juice so that the filling does not turn out to be too liquid.

Wash the bell peppers outside and cut them in half together with the tails to make the boats. Carefully cut the seeds out of them, so as not to damage the base and rinse again.

Fill the halves of the peppers with roasted meat and place in a form lightly greased with vegetable oil.

Grate hard cheese and place on top of the filling. It is best to rub on a fine grater, as the cheese does not melt well in large pieces.

Place the form with the blanks in the oven for 20 minutes, waiting for the cheese to melt. It’s not worth keeping the dish in the oven for a long time, since you put the stuffing ready and the peppers can get out of shape and go limp.

Put the hot halves of peppers on a serving plate and serve, garnish with fresh herbs. They are tasty in a hot state, when the cheese still lasts when bitten. Good appetite!

As you see, it is not necessary to stand languidly over a cauldron and worry about how rice is cooked - you can simply stuff the halves of peppers and spend on everything about 25 minutes! But about how much the cost of 2 servings come out, we now find out:

- 2 large bright bell peppers - 15 rubles;

- 150 g of minced chicken meat - 25 rubles;

- 1 onion - 3 rubles .;

- 1 carrot - 3 rub .;

- 20 ml of vegetable oil - 5 rubles;

- 50 g of hard cheese - 30 rubles.

Total: 2 portions of 2 halves will cost 80 rubles, and 1 portion - 40 rubles, but at the same time your dish will look like you ordered it in an expensive restaurant - luxurious and solemn, so take this recipe into service when you wait for distinguished guests or want to arrange a festive romantic dinner! And we will pamper you more than once with tasty and inexpensive novelties!
