If you are still unfamiliar with a simple and tasty salad called "Malibu", then the time has come, because today we will cook it. Fresh vegetables are taken as the basis of this salad - tomatoes and aromatic cucumbers, smoked chicken meat, also some tasty crackers, hard cheese are added.

It is very simple to prepare a salad; take it as a note, like a salad in 15 minutes, a very convenient option for unexpected guests or a light quick lunch. It is not necessary to season salad with mayonnaise; you can use sour cream or your favorite dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (smoked) - 150 g
  • Fresh tomatoes - 100 g
  • Fresh cucumbers - 80 g
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Hard cheese - 70 g
  • White crackers - 40 g
  • Greens - optional
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process
