What to cook if I overslept, and there is no time, but do I need to feed my family breakfast? I suggest you try a recipe that can easily help you out if you have literally 10 minutes for breakfast or a snack.

In the house were boiled pasta, for example, from dinner? Wonderful! You can scrape over the gimbal and cook a fairly satisfying and quick meal. So, pasta with egg, sausage and mushrooms. The components can be replaced: for example, if there is no tomato, you can take sweet pepper or young zucchini, replace the sausage with a piece of cooked meat, add cheese, etc. The main thing is that this dish will not leave you hungry and free up time.

Ingredients:

Boiled pasta - 150 g;

Sausages - 2 pcs.;

Egg - 1-2 pcs.;

Champignons - 100 g;

Tomato - 1 pc.;

Greenery;

Salt, pepper - to taste.

Recipe:

Prepare the mushrooms: wash them under running water, cut off, where necessary, contaminants (especially mushroom legs), cut into slices. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil in a hot pan. Cut sausages in heels and add to the pan.

When the sausages are browned, add boiled pasta. Mix the ingredients.

Break the eggs, salt and pepper them. Let's make a little fire.

Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients, making an egg scramble. Cut the tomato into very small cubes and add to the pan.

Steam under a lid for 3-4 minutes.

Serve on the table, decorating with chopped herbs. I have sprigs of green onions. All is ready! Pasta with eggs, sausages and mushrooms do not even require additional sauce: a variety of flavors and textures of products on a plate will delight you.
