What is a black mask from black dots and how to make and use it in accordance with all the rules

Before you ask yourself how to make a black mask from black dots, it’s useful to find out what, in principle, are the causes of this cosmetological problem.

Black dots, or comedones in a scientific way, can appear on any part of the face and with any type of skin, but most often they worry about the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) and oily skin.

They are caused by excessive secretions of the sebaceous glands, in which the secret darkens, oxidizing in air. Comedones not only spoil the skin visually, but also prevent it from breathing, absorbing beneficial substances from cosmetics, and also potentially open access to infections that easily penetrate through enlarged pores, clogged not only with fat, but also with dirt particles from the surrounding atmosphere.

The origins of this problem are very diverse - from hormonal failure to insufficient cleansing of the skin and its predisposition (increased fat content, enlarged pores).

In all black masks, both home and from well-known brands, one of the three components (sometimes a combination of them) is necessarily present - plant charcoal, black clay, healing mud. All this is easy to get for home cosmetics.

Black masks based on these components have many properties:

· Deep cleansing of the skin, literally drawing out excess fat and impurities from it, and this especially applies to pores.

· Delicate cleansing of the upper layer of the epidermis from dead cells;

· Skin nutrition at the cellular level with unique combinations of trace elements;

· Anti-inflammatory effect, preventing the appearance of rashes of various origins and accelerating the healing of minor injuries;

· Improvement of complexion, including the disappearance of such spoiling features as dullness, oily sheen, redness or painful pallor;

· Facial rejuvenation, including smoothing wrinkles and lifting the face contour;

· Softening the skin, giving it velvety tenderness.

Other components bring the above-mentioned ingredients into proper form and complement the mask with tinting properties.

Coal bamboo is considered more useful, but, due to its absence, activated in tablets is also suitable. Any coal needs to be crushed to dust.

The rules regarding the use of these masks are quite simple. You should start by washing with skin cleansing agents, as well as by steaming it for greater pore opening.

If desired, the mask can be applied only to problem areas or to the entire face, since, as already mentioned, this is a means of complex skin cleansing in principle.

The mask draws out toxins from the skin, accelerates intracellular metabolism and after it the skin breathes literally better, for a long time the feeling of freshness and purity remains.

Apply the mask by lightly massaging the face with your hands, or with a cosmetic brush. And it is very generous, since it instantly hardens and at the same time its inner side should fully affect the skin.

When applying, it is important not to cover the lips, the area around the eyes, moles and the hairline of the scalp with the product.

To remove the mask film from recipes with gelatin, you need to pick up the bottom edge with your fingertips and gently pull it up. Rarely when it is removed entirely - usually it is nevertheless in pieces. If the removal is painful - the mask needs to be slightly moistened and everything will go smoothly.

Clay masks are moisturized before removal, and are also taken apart into pieces.

Mud masks from coal are first removed partially with a wet towel or cotton pads, and then the residues are washed off with water.

Removing all types of masks is completed by thorough washing with cool water.

Then it’s normal to feel burning and tingling of the skin for several minutes, even slight redness is acceptable - all this speaks of regeneration and it is reasonable to help the process by applying any skin care product recommended after peeling and scrub.

Also, after washing, it is recommended to use a means to narrow the pores, for example, lotion, and also apply a moisturizer.

Or you can instead wipe your face with an ice cube from a herbal infusion that combines the dual benefits of medicinal plants and melt water.

For several hours after the mask, you cannot go outside and do house cleaning, which involves raising particles of dust and dirt into the air - deeply cleansed skin remains vulnerable to pathogenic bacteria and infections for some time.

The effect of the mask is noticeable the first time, but a full course is designed for 1-1.5 months.

For normal or combination skin, it is enough to use the mask 2 times a week, for dry - 1 time, for oily - 3 times.
