1. Making the dough. Dissolve a spoonful of sugar and yeast in milk, add half a glass of flour. Set aside for a quarter of an hour. Beat eggs with leftover sugar. Soften or melt the oil well, add to the talker. Pour an incomplete small spoonful of salt. Stir.

Sinabon bun at home with chocolate

Variant of Chocolate Sinabon rolls at home. The filling will be prepared with cocoa powder, choose a high-quality and fragrant product designed for baking.

Ingredients

• 120 grams of milk;

• 2.5 cups flour;

• 2 eggs;

• 1.5 tsp loose yeast;

• 2 tablespoons butter or soft margarine;

• 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Filling:

• 3 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 5 tablespoons of sugar.

Cream:

• 4 tablespoons mascarpone;

• 4 tablespoons of powder;
