Ingredients

70 g of flour;

a bag of vanilla sugar;

two egg yolks;

60 g butter;

50 g of powdered sugar.

1. Beat soft butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. The mass should increase slightly.

2. Without stopping the whipping process, we introduce one egg yolk and flour into the oil mixture one by one after sifting it. The dough should be free of lumps and a uniform consistency.

130 g of wheat flour;

hazelnuts and almonds;

1. All the ingredients for the dough, except vegetable oil, are placed in a deep container and mixed using a mixer. It should turn out the dough, the consistency of liquid sour cream.

2. Pour the dough into silicone molds. We send them to the oven for ten minutes. Then we take out the form, turn it on a baking sheet so that the beautiful corrugated side is on top. Again, send to the oven for five minutes, so that the waffles are browned.

3. Peel the nuts from a thin peel and pour into a blender bowl and grind into large crumbs.

Ingredients

1. Cut the butter into slices and put in a small bowl. We put it over a pot of boiling water and melt, stirring occasionally. Add honey and sugar to the melted butter and keep in a water bath until completely dissolved. Remove the bowl from the heat and cool the contents.
