But there is one highlight - chocolate cakes. Yes! They make this cake special, unlike any other dessert. Let's make a honey cake different?

Spartak cake - general principles of preparation

The technology of kneading dough for Spartak is similar to that used for making honey. Sugar with butter and honey is heated in a water bath, then the remaining ingredients, including cocoa, are added. Cakes are rolled out, baked one at a time. Then they cool down, they are oiled.

What creams can I use:

• custard;

• chocolate;

• creamy;

• sour cream.

In fact, there are no clear rules. You can smear cakes with any kind of cream, but it should not be enough. Spartak absorbs the layer well, becomes gentle and melting in the mouth. For decoration, crushed cakes, glaze are usually used. For the holiday, you can "dress up" Spartak with patterns and flowers made of cream, covered with mastic.

Spartak cake: custard recipe

A common and perhaps the most popular recipe for Spartak cake. For a layer of cakes, milk custard is used.

Ingredients

• 0.4 kg of flour;

• two eggs;

• cocoa 20 grams;

• 1.5 tsp drinking soda;

• 60 ml of honey;

• 0.11 kg of sugar.

What is needed for the cream:

• milk 0.7 liters;

• a glass of granulated sugar;

• 0.16 kg of oil;

• 3 with a mound of flour;

• a pair of eggs, you can only yolks.

Cooking

1. We build a water bath. We put a pan on the stove, a second bowl on it, we throw oil. But you can use high-quality margarine in the dough, it’s also possible. Add honey immediately, fill in the specified amount of sand according to the recipe.

2. All this needs to be warmed up, melt, the mixture must be heated, the sugar grains dissolved. As soon as this happens, remove the saucepan from the heat.

3. It's time to fill up soda. The hot mixture will become light, will foam, wait for the reaction to pass.

4. Now add the eggs, quickly stir and add the cocoa powder. We fall asleep flour and knead.

5. While the dough is warm, it will be slightly soft and sticky. Divide into 6-78 pieces, roll the same koloboks out of them and send them to freeze in the freezer. Enough to hold the dough for half an hour. During this time, you can turn on the oven so that it warms up to 200 degrees.

6. On parchment or plain baking paper, roll out cakes from pieces one at a time. We attach a plate or a lid from the pan, cut out a circle. But you can make a rectangular cake or square. Tilt the trim to the side.

7. We bake cakes in the oven for 3 minutes each, do not overdry.

8. Separate the dough separately on a baking sheet, with the oven at the end, you can dry it well, since they are needed for crumbs.

9. For cream, put everything in a saucepan, except for oil. Stir. You can take whole eggs or just yolks. It doesn’t matter, you just need to thoroughly shake them with the bulk.

10. Put the cream on the stove. Cook until it becomes thick. Remove from heat, put a third of the butter, stir. After cooling, add the remaining oil.

11. Lubricate cold cakes with a cooled cream. You do not need to regret the filling, the cake should turn out to be juicy.

12. Grind the baked scraps, sprinkle “Spartacus” on all sides.

Spartak cake: recipe with two types of cream

A variant of unusual cakes, which are obtained a little crumbly, resemble shortbread dough. All thanks to the fact that the recipe for this Spartak cake contains milk.

Ingredients

• egg;

• two tablespoons of honey;

• six tablespoons of milk;

• 1 tbsp. Sahara;

• 50 grams of high quality margarine;

• 0.45 kg of flour;

• 3 tablespoons of cocoa;

• 2/3 tsp soda.

First cream:

• 400 g of fat sour cream;

• 160 g of sugar.

Second cream:

• a can of ordinary white condensed milk;

• 160 g of oil (as much as possible).

Cooking

1. Mix the butter with milk, honey and sugar. Warm up in a water bath, add soda with cocoa, stir with a whisk. Insert eggs, then pour flour. Knead the chocolate dough, divide into 6-7 pieces, cool in the refrigerator.

2. Roll out cakes, bake. The process is described in detail in the recipe above.

3. While the chocolate cakes are cooling, you can cook both creams. In the first case, combine sour cream with sugar, immediately put in the refrigerator. In the second case, mix the softened butter and condensed milk. You can add more oil, and reduce the amount of milk, if you do not like such a sweet. For vanilla flavor, pour vanilla.

4. The cooled cakes are greased. One layer of sour cream, cover and apply the condensed milk. Repeat until they run out.

5. Top with the cream that remains or mix all together. Sprinkle Spartak with chopped scraps.

Spartak cake: recipe with cream

A variant of the unusual Spartak cake, a recipe with cream. Cakes are obtained a little different in taste, but also very tender, fragrant and chocolate.

Ingredients

• cream of 10% fat content of 0.2 l;

• a pair of eggs;

• 0.3 kg of flour;

• bee honey 2 tablespoons;

• 2 eggs;

• 4,5-5 l. cocoa;

• 1.5 l (tea) soda;

• a glass of sugar, it is better to take brown;

• 0.1 kg of butter or good margarine.

Cream:

• 3 tbsp. l flour;

• a can of condensed milk;

• 2 eggs;

• vanilla;

• 0.21 kg of oil;

• a glass of milk.

To cover Spartak, you need 170 g of chocolate and 100 ml of cream.

Cooking

1. First mix the sugar with honey and butter, then add eggs to them, stir until smooth. This dough does not warm up in the bath, therefore it is convenient to use a mixer for kneading. Pour in the cream, stir and then add the flour along with cocoa, pour slaked soda. Knead the dough until soft and elastic. We clean for an hour in the refrigerator.

2. Cook the cream. Beat milk and eggs. Pour the flour, stir again and brew on the stove. Cooling down. Beat the butter with condensed milk, then combine both types of cream, send it to the refrigerator for a while.

3. We take out the dough, which is already frozen and harder. Divide into 8 parts, roll out the cakes and bake, all as in the first recipe.

4. We coat the cooled layers with the previously prepared cream.

5. The dough was not prepared in a water bath, but it will fit for the glaze. Melt the chocolate, add the cream, stir and cover the cake. But you can just sprinkle with scraps, it will also be delicious.

Spartak cake: recipe with ice cream

The recipe for a stunning Spartak cake with ice cream. Bake cakes according to any of the three recipes above, they all work.

Ingredients

• 540 ml of milk;

• 400 ml cream;

• 50 g of oil;

• 2 tablespoons with a starch slide;

• 4 yolks;

• 160 g of sugar;

• vanillin.

Cooking

1. Grind the yolks with sugar, introduce starch first, then add milk. Stir the mass, put on the stove, cook a thick custard. Add oil, cool.

2. In a lush foam, whip the chilled fat cream. If you like sweeter creams, you can add several tablespoons of powder in the process, 3-5 are enough, not more.

3. Mix cream with previously prepared milk tea leaves. Fall asleep a bag of vanilla.

4. Lubricate the cakes with ice-cream, decorate the cake at your discretion, remove for impregnation in the refrigerator.

Spartak cake: recipe with cherries

Another recipe for the cake "Spartacus", which can be collected from any cakes prepared according to the recipes above. The highlight of this dessert is cherry. We take fresh or canned berries.

Ingredients

• 600 g of cherries;

• 600 g of milk;

• 240 g of oil;

• 175 g of sugar;

• 3 yolks;

• 2 tablespoons of flour;

• 4 spoons (tea) of cognac.

Cooking

1. Prepare milk brewing: mix egg yolks (without proteins, they can be put in an omelet or in meringue) with sugar and flour, dilute with milk and brew like a regular cream. Remove, cool.

2. Free cherries. If the berries are very juicy, then be sure to squeeze. Then sprinkle with three spoons of brandy. If the cake is for adults, then you can add more alcohol to the berries.

3. In the cooled cream, first we introduce the softened oil, then add 1 tsp. cognac.

4. Lubricate one cake with custard, scatter some berries so that they sometimes appear in the cake. Squeeze with new chocolate cake and repeat.

5. For decoration we use trimming cakes and whole berries.

Spartak cake: recipe with caramel cream and bananas

A variant of a delicious cake, which also differs from previous recipes only in filling. Therefore, cakes can be baked according to the first three recipes.

Ingredients

• a glass of milk;

• pack of oil;

• a can of boiled condensed milk;

• 4 tablespoons of flour;

• 4 bananas;

• 2 eggs.

Cooking

1. Mix flour and eggs, add sugar to them.

2. Introduce whole milk, put on the stove. We start to cook the cream.

3. Open the can of condensed milk, put it in the beginning to thicken the mass. Boil together, but do not let boil. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.

4. Introduce the softened oil into the cream. You can pre-beat it so that the mass is more magnificent.

5. Peel the bananas, cut very thinly.

6. Apply cream on one chocolate layer, spread thin slices of bananas. Collect the whole cake in a similar way.

7. Grate the chocolate, mix with a small amount of crushed scraps, sprinkle with “Spartacus”.

Spartak cake - useful tips and tricks

• It is not necessary to make vanilla or caramel cream for this cake. You can add a little cocoa or melted chocolate to the filling. If the cream is liquid, then you can rub the tile with chips.

• Honey cakes need to be soaked for 10-12 hours. If there is not so much time, after lubrication, just leave the dessert on the table, soak for a couple of hours, then refrigerate for another 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

• Are there absolutely no scraps or few? You can add crushed nuts, grated chocolate or crumbs of shortbread cookies to them.
