Dry cake - well, very lazy pastries, for which you do not even need to knead the dough.

The basis is flour crumbs, which during baking turns into crumbly cake. But nothing will work without a juicy filling.

Usually, fresh apples are used, which give the pastries juiciness and an unusual aroma.

Dry apple pie - general cooking principles

The main ingredients of dry cake dough: wheat flour, sugar, rippers. Often semolina is present in the recipe; different types of flour can be added, for example, oatmeal, corn. All these ingredients are simply mixed together in a given proportion. Use a dry bowl, nothing needs to be moistened.

Fresh and juicy apples are used for the filling. Usually they are simply rubbed, you do not need to remove the skin from the fruit. Apples are often seasoned with cinnamon, which blends perfectly with them. Also, the filling can be prepared with the addition of cottage cheese, pumpkin, carrots.

The pie is collected by alternating layers in a greased form. The number of layers can be arbitrary. But from above almost always pastries are covered with butter chips. It will give the cake a crisp, allow the upper layer to adhere and not crumble.

Dry cake with apples and semolina

The recipe for a dry apple pie for which you need semolina. It is advisable to bake the cake in a form with a diameter of about 25-27 cm so that the cooking time and temperature correspond to the parameters indicated below.

Ingredients

• 150 g semolina;

• 130 g flour;

• 6 apples;

• 180 g of sugar;

• 0.3 tsp lemons;

• 1 tsp soda;

• 0.5 tsp cinnamon

• 120 g butter plus for the mold.

Cooking

1. Take a large bowl, be sure to dry. Pour the flour and immediately add the semolina, stir.

2. Now sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and soda with citric acid. No liquid ingredients need to be added. Soda is not extinguished.

3. Rinse apples, grate. The skin does not need to be removed. Use a coarse grater.

4. Spread generously with butter. You can not melt it, just soften it slightly.

5. Pour half of the dry mixture into the mold, flatten so that the thickness becomes the same everywhere.

6. Top with a layer of grated apples. Use exactly half.

7. Now fill the fruit with the remaining dry "dough" from semolina with flour.

8. On top, lay out the remaining apples, grated coarsely. Press lightly with your palms so that individual pieces do not stick out.

9. Take a grater, butter and grate over the resulting pie. You can use softened oil. In this case, just miss the apples.

10. You can put a dry cake on baking. Temperature 180. Cooking will be about 40-45 minutes.

Dry pie with apples, corn and rice flour

An interesting bulk cake, crumbs for which is prepared from two types of flour: rice and corn. It turns out very tender, crumbly.

Ingredients

• a glass of corn flour;

• a glass of rice flour;

• a glass of sugar;

• 0.5 sachets (5 g) of cultivator;

• 70 g of oil;

• 800 g of apples;

• vanilla, cinnamon.

Cooking

1. A form in which you will bake a cake, smear a piece of butter. Everything else will go to greasing the cake on top.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients of the cake in a bowl, grind with your hands.

3. Put half the crumbs in the mold, flatten the cake.

4. Cut the apples into small cubes. You can record. Grind is not necessary. Remove the peel too.

5. Put all apples on a layer of half crumbs.

6. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbs from a mixture of different flour and sugar.

Ingredients

• 130 g ground oatmeal;

• 0.5 cups Hercules flakes;

• 150 g of sugar;

• 70 g of wheat flour;

• 170 g butter;

• 10 g of ripper;

• 500 g of apples.

Cooking

1. Combine both types of flour in a bowl, immediately add brown sugar and baking powder to them, until flakes are added.

2. Now grate the butter into the flour mixture. Lubricate the mold with a small piece, chop everything else.

3. Hand rub the dry dough until smooth crumbs.

4. Add the oatmeal.

5. Put the dry dough in a greased form. More than half should go to the bottom of the pie. You can pour out 2/3 parts.

6. Cut the apples in half, remove the middle with seeds and hard leaves. Rub the pulp together with the skin with coarse chips.

7. Put a layer of apples on dry crumbs.

8. Sprinkle crumbs with the rest on top, this layer does not need to be pressed and tamped.

9. Place in the oven 180 degrees. Such a cake is baked for about half an hour. Then you need to get it, cool slightly and immediately cut into pieces.

Dry apple and milk pie

Another interesting recipe for bulk cake with semolina, which in addition to apples goes whole milk. But you can use diluted dry, some housewives even dilute condensed milk, cream, but make sure that it does not turn out too sweet. In the pie, three crusts of dry dough and two layers of apple filling are obtained.

Ingredients

• a glass of flour;

• a glass of semolina;

• 150 ml of milk;

• 1 kg of apples;

• 0.5 cups of sugar;

• 0.5 tsp cultivator;

• 50 g of oil.

Cooking

1. Stir all the dry ingredients of the cake in a bowl, you do not need to add milk to them.

2. Free a kilogram of apples from the middle, rub the fruit with large chips.

3. Lubricate the mold with a thick layer of oil, the rest will go for the finish layer.

4. Put a third of the crumbs, sprinkle with half the grated apples on top. Pour three or four tablespoons of milk.

5. Now again a layer of crumbs and the second part of apples. Pour milk again lightly so that crumbs turn into dough during baking.

6. The final layer is dry crumb. Press with your hands, pour the remaining milk.

7. Top with small pieces of butter. You can chop it or just grate it. We lay out the soft product in small strokes, we try to place them at the same distance from each other.

8. Put in the oven, bake at 180 for about 50 minutes. Add or reduce time if necessary.

Dry pie with apples and cottage cheese

A variant of bulk cake with apple and curd filling, which many also call royal cheesecake. It is better to use cottage cheese not dry, it is better to take a soft product. These ingredients will make a small cake, use a mold up to 20 cm.

Ingredients

• a glass of flour;

• 0.25 cups of sugar;

• 50 g of oil;

• 1 tsp cinnamon.

Filling:

• 2-3 apples;

• 250 g of cottage cheese;

• 2 eggs;

• vanilla;

• 0.25 Art. Sahara.

Cooking

1. Pound the softened butter with sugar and flour, add cinnamon to the dough, set aside for a while.

2. For the filling, beat the cottage cheese and eggs with sugar until smooth, season with vanilla.

Dry apple pie - tips and tricks
