Superstar Justin Bieber wins first lawsuit against creators of RC3 mobile games. They are the developers of a game called "Joustin Beaver" that uses a beaver hero very similar to Justin Bieber. In addition, during the game, he is bullied and ridiculed, constantly beating and, as a result, killing.

Earlier this year, singer’s attorneys sent a letter to the management of RC3, claiming that their game harms the stage image of a celebrity. The letter of request contained a request to remove the mobile application from iTunes, otherwise, a lawsuit awaited them. But management refused to grant the request and was the first to sue Justin Bieber in Jacksonville, Florida. The lawsuit was built on a petition from the court to admit that they did not violate the law and did not use Bieber’s name for commercial purposes. The game is just a parody and in the States is legally protected by the First Amendment.

However, the district court judge dismissed the complaint against Bieber. He was born in Canada and only lives in Los Angeles, so a court in Florida cannot take any legal action against a celebrity. In other words, RC3 must find another place to complain, since Bieber is Canadian.
