Condensed milk will always inspire confectioners for new inventions, because it is universal and combines with almost any ingredients, giving the dish a rich unique taste. However, it should be remembered that using pure condensed milk as a cream is somewhat problematic, therefore it is often mixed or whipped with soft butter with a soft consistency. Custard made according to such a simple recipe is universal and is most often used in cooking. It should also be noted that it is advisable to soak the cakes with cream-condensed cream a few hours before serving, at least 6, and preferably 24 hours.

What must be available for making such cakes? Naturally, in the first place - this is condensed milk. Culinary experts advise us to use varieties corresponding to GOST: Extra, Alekseevskoe, Dairy country, etc.

Another important ingredient is premium flour, which should be sifted. If there is cocoa in the cake formula, then we sift the flour along with the powder. In addition, we will need sugar, butter (cream margarine) and eggs. And then - a recipe.

Recipe 1: Cake with Raffaello Condensed Milk

Raffaello ... candy of love, tenderness and inspiration. The unique taste and aroma of a chic delicacy is simply impossible to ignore! All the ingredients that make up the sweets are so perfectly selected that if you try them once, you will love the delicious taste forever. “Royal” sweets are a very expensive treat that not everyone can afford. But everyone can try to recreate the taste of this amazing, velvet sweetness. Raffaello cake is a giant analogue of the popular candy. We will share his recipe now.

Ingredients:

- 100 gr. chopped (whole) almonds
- 400 gr. condensed milk
- 400 gr. coconut milk
- vanillin - 1 sachet
- 250 gr. fat cream
- 120 gr. butter
- 50-70 gr. sugar (to taste)
- flour 100 gr.
- 3 tablespoons of almond liquor (or coconut)
- coconut flakes 100-150 gr.
- apricot confiture 2 tbsp. lies.
- 30 gr. gelatin (instant)

Cooking method:

1. Slightly fry almonds without oil in a pan. In a bowl, mix coconut milk with condensed milk and vanilla. We dilute gelatin according to the instructions and pour it into the condensed mixture, stirring constantly. Put in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.

2. Make the dough: mix the crushed butter, sugar, liquor. 50 grams of coconut. Mix everything, gradually pouring flour. Do not knead the dough, but immediately put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. Beat cream until resistant foam, and carefully send them into coconut cream, pour out toasted almonds. Mix gently with a flexible whisk so that the cream does not settle. The resulting lush cream is poured into hemispherical dishes covered with cling film and sent to the cold for 2-6 hours.

4. We take out the dough and roll it out with a thin round layer (its diameter should correspond to the diameter of the dishes in which our cream is stored). If it doesn’t work out quite exactly - do not despair. This defect can then be corrected by cutting the edges of the cake. We send this cake to the oven (200 degrees) for 15-20 minutes. Cool the cake ready.

5. Put the cake on top of the frozen cream. Then we turn the dishes with the cream into a flat plate. Thus, the cake will be at the bottom, and the cream in the form of a regular semicircle will be on top. We trim the edges of the cake if necessary. Coat the surface of the cake with confiture and sprinkle it with plenty of coconut. Gourmet dessert is ready! Enjoy it!

Recipe 2: Cake with condensed milk "Biscuit"

Cooked condensed milk biscuit is slightly different from usual. It turns out more tender, magnificent and just melting in the mouth. Our goal is to "build" a beautiful, biscuit and puff cake. It is worth a try and appreciate!

Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 200 gr. condensed milk
- 100 gr. powdered sugar (sand)
- one and a half stack. flour
- a teahouse. baking powder
- a pinch of salt (optional)
- a spoon of poppy seeds
- berry syrup - half a glass
- water - half a glass
- sugar - half a cup
- white chocolate shavings "Air"

For cream:

- 50 gr. soft drain. oils
- 2 table. spoons of condensed milk
- 100 gr. sour cream (thick)
- sugar - 0.5 cups

Cooking method:

1. First we make 2 types of cream so that they are infused in the refrigerator. To do this, beat sour cream (necessarily thick) with sugar in one bowl, and beat condensed milk and soft butter in a second until smooth. We remove both creams in the refrigerator.

2. Let's do the dough and cake. Beat the eggs, gradually adding sugar and baking powder to them. After the formation of foam, mix the mixture with condensed milk and beat again. Pour flour in portions, kneading the dough. If you strictly follow the recipe, the dough should turn out to be liquid. Therefore, immediately pour it onto a large rectangular baking sheet. Sprinkle half the dough (already on the baking sheet) evenly with poppy seeds. We put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for ten minutes.

3. Slightly cool the finished biscuit and cut it into 4 rectangular parts, so that 2 biscuits are with poppy seeds, 2 - without it. We prepare the impregnation of berry (fruit) syrup, water and powdered sugar. Soak cakes without poppy seeds with the solution, do not touch the rest.

4. We take out the cooled cream and put the cake on a large flat dish as follows:

- lower cakes soaked in syrup, without poppy seeds, grease with sour cream
- the second cake with poppy seeds is greased with creamy condensed cream
- the third cake, soaked, without poppy seeds + sour cream
- Lubricate the top cake with poppy seeds with a creamy condensed cream.

The highlight of the cake is the combination of shortbread and sandless cakes cooked in one go, supplemented with condensed milk cream and "multi-colored" ingredients.

Ingredients:

- half a glass of sugar
- 200 gr. drain. oil (for dough)
- 6 eggs
- a teahouse. soda
- 430 gr. flour
- one and a half stack. icing sugar
- a can of condensed milk (and preferably condensed cream)
- 1 tbsp. lies. starch
- 100 gr. gooseberry jam or kiwi jam
- 200 gr. drain. oils (for cream)
- roasted hazelnuts 50 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Beat the yolks (do not throw out the proteins) with sugar, add butter, soda to the mixture. Mix and add flour. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator. Next, beat the whites, gradually pouring in the icing sugar. It should be a thick meringue. Add starch to it, whisk again. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, roll out 2 identical rectangular cakes from it. Put them on a baking sheet, grease evenly with jam or kiwi jam. We smooth the meringue with the top layer. Sprinkle everything with hazelnuts and send to the oven (temperature - 160 degrees) and bake for 40-50 minutes.

2. While the base for the cake is baked, prepare the cream. Beat condensed milk or cream with softened butter and send them to the cold until necessary.

3. When the cakes are baked, we take them out and let cool. Next, put the first cake on a tray, get the cream and generously grease the cake with it (the whole cream should go). Recipe 5: Cake with condensed milk "Sand"

Simple, uncomplicated cooking cake. However, from this it does not become less tasty and attractive. Indeed, dessert with boiled condensed milk (which we will use precisely) simply by definition cannot be tasteless.

Ingredients:

- three glasses of flour
- three yolks
- 250 gr. drain. butter (or creamy margarine)
- one stack. Sahara
- half a teaspoon of soda slaked in lemon juice
- cinnamon and vanillin (to taste)
- a jar of boiled condensed milk (cream)
- 200 gr. butter (on cream)

Cooking method:

1. The softened butter is ground with sugar, yolks and slaked soda until white. Gradually pour the amount of flour provided for in the recipe and start the dough (not too rough). Then we divide it into four parts, which we remove in the cold for 20-40 minutes.

2. While the dough is cooling, prepare the cream. Beat condensed milk (boiled) with flooded oil and vanilla until cool lush foam. That's basically it.

3. We take four pieces of dough from the refrigerator and roll out four round layers of them. Preheat the oven to 230-250 degrees and send cakes there for 12-16 minutes. Cool and begin to form a cake.

4. The cooled cakes are trimmed from the edges and stack them on top of each other, generously smearing with cream each. Next, coat the cake again and sprinkle it with crushed scraps of cake. We put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, after which we make tea and enjoy the "brilliant simplicity".

Recipe 6: Cake with condensed milk "Iceberg" (without baking)

Sometimes you don’t feel like standing at the hot plate, especially in the summer, and baking cakes, but you really want to try something like that - unearthly. There are a lot of cakes that do not need baking and are just great. Let me introduce you one of these recipes - Iceberg Cake.

Ingredients:

- a jar of condensed milk
- 90 gr. Sahara
- 500 gr. fat cottage cheese
- berry-fruit mix (strawberries, bananas, peaches, etc.)
- porous white chocolate

Cooking method:

1. Cottage cheese (necessarily fatty, not dry and fresh), beat with 90 gr. Sahara. Beat thoroughly so that not a single crystal is left from sugar, not a single grain from cottage cheese.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the condensed milk a little. Then mix the condensed milk and curd mass gently and again whisk everything with a mixer. Next, lay out the half of the mixture in a mold, lay on top a layer of chopped berries and fruits and cover with the remaining curd-condensed base.
